Infertility

BFN, No AF

I got a BFN  on Friday, which was 14dpo. I had a lot of cramps and knew AF was coming.  I even scheduled my lap.  Of course I went out and drank some beers on Friday and Saturday. We came home early yesterday because I kept getting bad headaches.  Today 16dpo, no AF, I have a little bit of cramps. I am very nauseous and feel like I could vomit. I don't think it is from drinking because I didn't drink that much and  I keep getting more sick to the stomach throughout the day. I don't have a fever, and AF has been on time every cycle on clomid.

When I POAS on Friday I used First Response Early Response, and It was my first urine.  Is it possible do get a BFN 14 dpo and then later on get a  BFP?  I have one more test left and might take it tom.  I just feel strange.

Re: BFN, No AF

  • I think it is possible! ?I, too, feel strange and have been getting all BFNs with FRER (but today is only 12dpIUI). ?I have heard of many women who have had BFNs 14dpo and didn't get BFPs until 15 or 16dpo. ?GL! ?Test tomorrow and let us know! ?I think it's so crazy that our bodies can tell us something's up before science can give us a BFP!

I am certain of when I ovulated. I used OPK and I get very  bad ovulation pains each time I ovulated. The pains are terrible. I asked both my OB and RE and they said that what I experience is indeed ovulation pains.  I am also being monitored.
