Birthday Party ideas

I am trying to plan a birthday party for my 4 yr DD and am looking for ideas.  We are going to have it at home this year, and I need some fun ideas for entertainment.  We have a large playscape and a bouncy house, but I was thinking of maybe a balloon clown or something?  Any ideas or recommendations are appreciated!

I go fairly simple for parties so far (um, here's my playroom - have at it kids!), so I'd say you have enough with both a playground AND a bouncy house.  When you have those AND the cake and presents and maybe a pinata, there's plenty to keep the kids busy.
