RE said sex every other day starting on CD 11 (We started on CD10 - It was either that or kill DH) adn not to use OPKs/CBEFMS because I was wasting my $ and adding in extra stress. We had sex last night and I got a peak on my CBEFM this morning (Suck it RE).  Should I listen to the RE and not have sex tonight or go for it anyway since past has shown that I sometimes do O on the day of the first peak.  I promised myself I was not going to stress out this cycle - I lose.

I'd probably have sex.

I always say I'm going to go every other day, but when I get close to O I get anxious and it's easier to have the sex rather than stress. And since the goal is to stress less, well then...

Then again, this is what I always do and my ass ain't ku'd yet. So should you listen to me?

personally, I would ignore the RE and have sex anyway. Maybe try it with Preseed?

If your H has no MFI issues, I would think you are fine to have sex tonight. ?But even if you don't have sex tonight, you should be covered by the every other day thing.

looking at your chart it looks like you've only O'd as early as CD 13 once or twice.  If you get a temp spike tomorrow morning you could always attack him before work

The problem is he leaves the house way before I temp so morning sex is usually out.

I vote have sex, especially if you're not dealing with MFI.

I was every other day until a + OPK and then two or three days in a row. Though it has to be said we didn't do that the month we got KU so who knows how valid that is.

In the end, it doesn't matter. If you have sex every other day or every day, it doesn't matter. If your timing for sex will be better to go for it tonight and take off tomorrow, no biggie.

While I think everyone is right that it doesn't matter all that much - I'd have sex.  I'm of the every other day-ish persuasion until really heavy ewcm/ positive opk - then we're hitting it everyday.  Because I am far less stressed out them.  And even though it really doesn't matter all that much, I feel better personally feeling that I've given it a good shot.

If you O today, you should be covered from last night.  It's up to you.  I'd say if you feel like it go for it...its supposed to be fun right?
