I know they say to pump early in the morning for best results, but will this really work if I'm up all hours of the day and am getting 2 hour blocks of sleep? Basically..how will my body know that it's AM??
Morning pumping always gave me the most ounces and I wasn't getting more than 2 hour chunks of sleep.
Your body does have an internal clock and I don't think the sleep interruption will make a difference.
You could try pumping at different times of the day to experiment with what gives you the most. You don't have to pump in the morning, but for most women their supply is highest in the morning and lowest in the evening.
