The BEST diaper rash cure!

Poor DS has a HORRIBLE reaction to Luvs since then he has had a horrible diaper rash with open sores and all!  I have tried a TON of different kinds of diaper creams and nothing seems to help.  My Mom read online yesterday that Bag Balm can help diaper rash.  I bought some yesterday afternoon and within a day his rash is SO much better!  Tonight his rash is practically gone.  I am totally amazed!  Thought I would pass along my findings.

also keep in mind if a rash does not go away after a couple days - it might be yeast - and need an Rx cream.  DS had this happen one time - the Rx cream cleared it up overnight when nothing else was working for days.

Also, if you notice it moving towards the open sore stage, Lotriman can help.  Soak the baby's bottom in a lukewarm bath with some baking soda as well.  After that, coat it with Lotriman ointment.  Give that 24-48 hours then give the doc a call if it isn't getting better.  This is what the ped advised us. 

I've heard that Bag Balm is awesome though!

lol. ?thanks. ?i used it on my pregnant belly every night and i have not one stretch mark...and my dad is an ob/gyn and uses it on his hands at night because they got so dry and crackly from scrubbing. ?bag balm is the cure all for most everything it seems. ?:)
