Freak out when people start talking (borderline yelling) over the top of one another? Or when people get in their face say 5 inches from them??

We were at my in laws and DH Aunt popped in today with some friends of hers (she was not invited or really welcome) and between the in laws who talk on top of each other anyway, and the Aunt with her friends who stopped in the volume went to a 100 times louder than it was?originally. DS eyes got wide and his bottom lip went out and he started wailing, then these people (whom I didn't know got in his face talking equally loud) I had to take him out of the room he was so upset. I know that I don't like the loudness there and don't like people in my face either so why would a baby? It took me 30 mins to get him calmed down again.?
