DD is up to her birth weight, which we were told once she got there we didn't have to wake her to feed her anymore.

BUT- I can't help but worry when she will sleep almost 4 hours between feedings! She seems really young to be going that long without food. This is not the case everytime, of course. Sometimes it is still 1.5-2 hours.

Did anyone elses LO go this long without eating this early on?

The 2nd night home, DS went 5 hours between a feeding! ?I was thankful for the sleep but still freaking out that he didn't wake up to eat. ?5 months later, he nurses every 3-4 hours AND eats his solids without a problem.

Overnight DS would sleep 4 hrs. no problem.

I wouldn't worry.  If she were hungry, she would wake up.

at this age it totally normal.

We got 7 hours at one point, but she had eaten every hour for like 5 hours straight.. I was extremely grateful for the sleep and didn't wake her.. that was in the first week. by her two week appt. she had surpassed her birth weight.. don't worry!!

It's perfectly ok once you get the go ahead from the pedi to let LO sleep that long.  I say you are blessed and lucky...take advantage of that time to catch up on your sleep.  I wish DD would sleep for 5 hours at one time!  That would be heaven!!
