Where should I shop for cute tops today?

I realized I haven't really invested in new spring clothes since April of 2006.  I've either been pregnant or postpartum.  It's no wonder I don't love my wardrobe and it all looks worn out! 

I'm going to Ann Taylor Loft because I always seem to have good luck there.  Where else should I hit?  I have no clue what's cute and "hip" these days...sad...

I like department stores like Macy's. They seem to have a good selection.

Ugh.  We don't have a Macy's.  Or a Nordstrom.  I'm so missing out.  Younker's just doesn't cut it.

ATL has had some cute tops lately.  I found some that I love at Anthropologie, but they are more expensive.  JCrew usually has some cute ones as well.

I picked up some cute ones at Kohl's last weekend from the Apt. 9 collection.  they have a 15% off coupon, too.

American Eagle or JCPenneys... I always find cute things at both.

I agree with pp - Kohl's has some super cute casual stuff right now!  I was pleasantly surprised.  I also like Banana Republic and NY&Co.  Have fun!

White House/Black Market has some really cute tops right now. I'm going there tomorrow.

I got a cute casual long sleeve shirt at Ann Taylor(reg store).  Very casual but I dressed it up with jewerly.  The sls clerk said they wash very well, which is a plus...it was on sale too!!!
