Coincidence or is there a reason for this?

I just finished my second cycle on Menopur.  My last injection was Thursday night and yesterday I started feeling sick (throat ache, tired, headache).  Today I feel horrible.  Last cycle, the day after I finished Menopur I got really sick with the same thing- sore throat, tired, headache, but I also had a fever last time.

Do these drugs compromise your immune system while you're on them or is just a coincidence that I've gotten the same sickness two months in a row the day after I stopped the meds?

You know what? ?The same thing happened to me, except I got sick 2 months in a row on CD1, after both IVF cycles. ?I am pretty sure the stims and whole process battered my immune system.

I've had two cycles of megadose stims and have never gotten sick from them. Everyone I work with is sick...must be something going around.

I got sick a few days after Menopur as well.  Bad cough and runny nose. Ran a temp for several days.
