I had a roommate once that had one. She loved it but sometimes certain ballet positions would irritate it.
She said it was the coolest piercing becuase it healed in two days and for the first few months, she would have unexcepted orgasmss.
I agree with your roommate! I have had 7 body piercings and my vch (verticle clit hood) was the best by far! I really miss it! And it didn't hurt at all during the actual piercing.
i personally would have to pass on that one. especially because some random piercer would have to play around down there to pierce it...and that would be a little too awkward for me. :P?
When I went in to have my belly button pierced, the guy tried to talk me into getting mine done. He said it was an instant orgasm. I still had to pass.
Clit... hood... I don't give a crap, anything in the vaj area.
The level of pain/discomfort is really over in a second or two for any sort of below-the-belt type of piercing (this has been said of both genders). You typically get yourself worked up much more over the idea that it will hurt than the actual pain of the piercing its self.
It's pretty rare for an actual clit piercing, most women don't have the size/anatomy for it. And no, the piercer does not "play" with you to get the piercing done (that's however different for men). Any piercer who does that to a female (and hell, I know I and my master piercer wouldn't do anything for a male - that's all on their own fruition) isn't someone I'd want putting a needle near any part of my body, period.

Re: Yow! How the heck do you get your clit pierced?
carefully.
It's actually not your clit, it's the hood. And no, I don't have one.

edit: it was her hood, not the actual clit.
