This is totally random, but sometimes works! I want to make a cake for the girls' birthday and was eyeing the Wilton #1 cake pan. I can't pull the trigger and spend $18 on a pan I will use once though (well, until they are 11....lol).
Anyone have one leftover from a first birthday party they'd be willing to sell?
Re: Random: Anyone with leftover #1 cake pan?
You could make a 9X13 and trim down the 1 using the trimming as the base and top, make sense?
saw your fb status about bday gift. My list for the boys is way too long too. We're bursting at the seams here in this house so until the jumperoo and exersaucer are in total retirement, they're getting small toys and clothes
Hi Heidi --
I thought about trimming the sides of a regular cake pan, but somehow I don't think it will look too good if I do it. :-)
I tried to convince DH to get them a play cottage recommended by ImRonBurgundy....he put his foot down. We live in a townhouse - he said no way until we have a yard! Husbands are no fun....I'm sure if it was some Jeep powerwheel, he'd be all for it!
Baby #3 due September 12, 2014!
