Where did you get yours and what kind is it?  I like the Best Chair but looking for something less expensive than that.

Against every fiber of my being we're actually going to buy something from WalMart. It's the one I liked the best AND the best price.  Can't pass it up.

We ordered a Jessica Charles custom swivel rocker. It was expensive, but we refused to get a glider because of all the interlocking moving parts on the bottom that can catch small fingers (or cat tails). Everything else we saw was ugly or uncomfortable.?

I'm with you on Walmart, I won't even temp myself by looking.There was another poster who got a custom one from Frank's Chairs (or something similar) in Canada. It's a rocker, but custom, and I think she paid $350 for it. If you look back a few pages you should be able to find it.?

We have a Best Chair glider and ottoman in another room in our house and I LOVE it. It was a bit on the pricy side, but I couldn't find anything that didn't look overstuffed and old. I wanted something more modern looking. I'm going to start talking to DH about getting another one for the baby's room.

JC Penney actually sells a few Best Chair styles online for much less than our local baby boutique. Granted, they have fewer fabric and color choices, but the quality is good. Here is the least expensive style (it looks kind of grandma, but our local place had it in hot pink and it looked super cute). They go up to $425 for the wing chair. Hth!
