I've always loved that name. It didn't make our list, though, since DH and I went to college with Eli Manning and we didn't want our college friends to think we named our child after a football player. I think it is a very cute name that really grows up very well. It is also a great nn for Elijah.

Not really my style, but I think it's a fine name. I'd prefer at as a nn though. Elijah or Elias like PPs suggested. Or Ellis (which is on our short list)...
