Would this go together?

This is the bedding set we have for dd.  The comforter and pillow sham match and the flat sheet, fitted sheet and pillow case match. 

I was thinking of painting her room blue (the color of the underside of her comforter) and on one wall paint green on the bottom part of the wall as grass then paint 3 big flowers acorss the wall. 

 Would that go with the bedding.  A friend also said doing stripes on the walls.

 

Here is the comforter the blue side goes down and the stripes go up (the stripes are what match the pillow sham)

I like the flowers better than the polkadots.  I did flowers on DD's walls and she loves them!
