Help please

Ok here is what has happen.  My dd has reflex but on monday morning she spit up her whole feed.  So I called the doc and they said to give her pedialyte for 24hrs.  She did great with that so I try her formula the next day ( enfamil enfacare) and she spit it up again. so I was think it maybe her formula.  My DH has allergies to dairy.  So we put her on enfamil nutramigen and the doc gave her Zantac.  She seem to do better on wednesday and today until her 3pm feed.  She has spit up all of her 3pm feed and her 6pm feed.  Has anyone else gone through this.  Should I just call the doc.  Im just so worried they are going to tell me to go to the ER.

Not to scare you but my DD started this when she was 4 months old.  She ended up having surgery for pyloric stenosis. I would take her to the Dr. and have her checked out.

Is she spitting up just one feed or two feeds a day?  If so they will probably not tell you to go to the ER unless there are other symptoms of dehydration (ie. the fontanel is sunk in on her head, there's no saliva or drool in her mouth, she is listless, when you pinch her skin between your fingers the skin stays somewhat pinched and doesn't bounce back to normal skin).  If she is throwing up every feed or has signs of dehydration then yes, you should go to the ER.
