Greys - What Happened Last Week??

My satellite had issues last week and kept cutting in and out.  I tried to DVR it, but even that didn't work.  No idea what happened - something to do with that station or maybe the dish b/c everything else came through fine.  Anyway can anyone give me an update before tonight's episode?

You can watch episodes on ABC for free.  Maybe you could watch last weeks really quick.
