I just picked up a voicemail from a guy I talk to a few times a week for work. ?At the end of the message, he said, "give me a call, thanks, love you."

My biggest fear in life is that I'm going to accidentally tell someone I love them at the end of a call, out of habit from saying it to DH. ?I am so glad it happened to someone else, because hopefully it means I won't feel as dumb when I?inevitably do it myself.

I'm not sure if I should mention it when I call him back, ?He's kind of a nervous guy, and I have a feeling he's probably mortified. ?I should probably let him bring it up.?

That's hilarious. I was talking to my bff last night and I said, "okay, bye love you mom". She died laughing.

DH works out of town during the week so we talk a lot on the phone.  He isn't a phone person though.  Lately, when he is talking to his mother he'll say "No, honey" or "Yes, darlin" (our joke).  He just has associated the phone to me.  It is really funny.

I said it to someone I worked with once. He's about 15 years older than me, to boot! He never brought it up, but my mom overheard me saying it and died laughing.
