This is a place for any of you who are experiencing the world of azoospermia. Whether you were recently diagnosed and are trying to make sense of it all, or you have started preparing for IVF or IUI, or have decided instead to move on to adoption. I'd like to extend an invitation to those who have been fortunate enough to experience pregnancy, childbirth, and/or adoption. Ultimately, all of us desire to create a family. Hey, Ladies! I gave my notice on Friday and in 10 days I'll officially be a house wife!
Hopefully not for too long, though. Still Expecting Miracles!

Hmm, depends on the mood. Usually, plain old red wine does the trick.But there are times that an ice cold martini is just what the doctor ordered. For fruity drinks, though, pretty much any type of rum drink is just perfect - punch, mojitos, rum and diet coke, etc....
Update: I got a BFP yesterday and today! I had my beta drawn yesterday afternoon and am anxiously awaiting the phone call!

Had a great appointment with the urologist/specialist on 3/17. He believes it is obstructive azoo. Waiting to hear back from insurance company to see if test. diagnosis/tes.mapping will be covered. At least I have a little hope, things seemed pretty bleak until then. Doctor was fabulous, spent over an hour with us and answered all of our questions.
My favorite cocktail is cranberry with imperia vodka. Have a good week-end!
Thanks craschi! My first beta at 13 dpiui was 114. I'm pretty pleased with that! I go back tomorrow for my second beta.
DH got his bloodwork results back on Monday (low-normal Test., high FSH, can't remember LH - low-normal maybe?) and the RE said it looked like testicular failure. (that was a terrible night!) Then when DH called him back Tues to ask some more questions, he said it was too soon to know anything and we still needed rule things out and get more pieces to the puzzle.
So, I guess we still don't really know anything besides it is starting to look like testicular failure.
Bloody Mary's are my absolute favorite, but I really like most drinks! (and if I'm somewhere that doesn't have great Bloody Mary's, I like to try something new).
