Hello there. I just wanted to reach out to you regarding TTC #2 with the odds seemingly stacked against you.

I had a very hard time too, finding women who were "in my shoes" so to speak. On one hand, I got pg after IVF #2 so I knew TTTCers might have thought "what's she moaning about, she already HAS a child." which is what I would have likely thought if I were still TTTC #1. 

But here on SAIF it is mostly overjoyed news of expectant moms (as it should be), which also got hard for me considering I was TTTC #2 and failing IVF after IVF for the second time. I started feeling like the outcast among outcasts, and the possibility of having an only child was certainly looming as we went into IVF #4 for TTTC #2 (six total). I was often afraid people would think I was nuts, trying so many times for #2. It was just a tough, tough spot to be in. I did have a few friends who were wonderful, some are still on TTTC and some, like Howleyshell, are here most of the time. There are ladies out there for you, I promise!

I know since I am pg now I might not even be the person you want to chat with - and I totally get that. But I want you to know that I totally understand where you are coming from and how you might feel, knowing that it could be an even more difficult fight for #2. For me, TTTC #2 was even harder emotionally and mentally and even financially than TTTC #1 ever was.

I am sooo happy for you for #2.  I know that i will be fine with 1 (at least i don't have that empty whole in my stomach about being a mommy.)....but i just always wanted more.

You are probably one of the pioneers in #2.  I am sure there will be more of us with you.  The same happened with TTTC

I think i just really felt like an outcast yesterday when i saw at least 3 responses saying they would never do IVF.  It made it seem like it was taboo over there.  I really didn't mean to be snarky....just honest IF sarcasm/humor.
