Infertility

scared to POAS tom.

Well, I'm going to POAS tom.  I'm so scared it's going to be a BFN. If it is I have to get a lap and I am terrified of going under. Also, we have to take a  break for the lap in April, and probably May too.

I really think AF is on her way because I have the same headache that I always get before AF.  I just had so much hope. I am so depressed.

Re: scared to POAS tom.

  • I'm right there with ya;-)  Hope you don't need the lap, but if so, it's really ok. I was petrified of being knocked out, and it was fine. Really.

    Thank you for the encouragement.
  • I THINK I am going to on Saturday. I am a nervous wreck. I got really sad this morning b/c when I woke up, my boobs werent sore but are now if squezzed. Probably means nothing.

Best of luck to both of you!!  Any symptoms?

Best of luck to you all as well.

My boobs are only sore because I touch them so much. lol. I have had a head ache the past couple days. I have pain in my lower right side and lower back. I have had light cramps on and off since ovulation.  These always typically happen though. No other symptoms at all.

  • Good luck tomorrow!

Don't worry too much about getting knocked out (or try not to).  I was terrified too the first time, I was crying and everything waiting for the surgery to start, but in the last year I have had 4 different surgeries - 2 retrieval, a cyst removal and ankle repair (this was the first one), which was pretty major, they had to put in a plate and two screws - all of which I was knocked out for.  All of which I was perfectly okay after.  It's actually kind of nice... they knock you out and when you wake up, you are done... like no time has passed at all.  The anesthiologists are usually pretty good at answering all your questions and you meet them before the surgery starts.

Last ditch FET resulted in BFP, and identical twin girls!
