Pregnant after 35

JCP mat sale

Since Christine mentioned sharing sales, I found one last night.  JCPenney is having maternity tshirts, tanks, and camis for $8 each (regular price $16).  They aren't anything super special, but the tees are cotton with a little bit of spandex and they had them in about ten colors.  They had up to size XXL in the tshirts.  Other stuff was on sale as well - polos usually $20 were $13, which isn't too bad either.

I have been wearing tees layered over long sleeve shirts that are now too short to cover my belly while it is still chilly, and I figure I can wear them alone as it gets warmer.

I checked the website, and they have some stuff on sale, but it didn't look like the same price is offered on the tees, tanks & camis.

DD1 is 3, DD2 is 1.

  • ::wobbles over to check it out::

I'am not a big fan of Motherhood anymore, they're expensive, and their return policy is horrible, not to mention the rude sales woman I encountered on Saturday.

  • Woo hoo!  Thanks for sharing this one :)

And - I tell you what.... if a saleslady in a Maternity store has the ... cohones.. (ahem) to be rude to a pregnant lady hopped up on estrogen?    She's taking her life in her hands... what is WRONG with her?! LOL!

  • I actually LOVE JCP's tee-shirts in "real life."   They're very well made and are more like shirts than cheap tees.  And their color holds very well.
