Baby Bunny is here...

I am very busy holding my new son, but wanted to post and let you guys know that Baby Bunny is here!

I took DD to the park on Thursday and my water broke when I was getting her out of the swing about 5:30. One of my friends happened to be there with her husband, so she walked us home, I called the doctor, and my friend took me to the hospital (DH was at least an hour away with 5:00 traffic.)

I wasn't having contractions when my water broke, but by the time we got to the hospital at 6:30, they were 2 minutes apart, lasting for a minute. I got checked in and got an epi by 7:30 (yeah!) and was 3cm. The hospital forgot to call the doctor to tell him I was there. He called my cell, but DH didn't answer it because it said "unavailable" and he thought it was a telemarketer. I was on oxygen, so couldn't talk.

At 10:30, the doctor finally figured out I was not crazy and had come to the hospital. He was about to go get some rest when DH though to ask him to check me to make sure I was progressing, even though they thought it would be a long time. The doctor checked and Baby Bunny was ready to come. He was born after 4 pushes at 11:18PM on 3/19, weighing 7 lbs, 6 oz (2 pounds bigger than his sister!), and 19.5 inches.

I am over the top thrilled with him and enjoying ever second of his baby hood. DH is doing a great job taking care of DD and I.

Hope everyone is doing well. I really appreciate all of your support the last couple of months when I have not had the energy to live my IRL life like I wanted too. I am so happy to be feeling great and have my little healthy family.
