Can NY Nesties help a NC Nestie out?

NC nestie here. How do you find a RE that speicalizes in lining issues? My RE here in NC has basically said that he is throwing his hands up because he thinks there is nothing else we can do (in so many words). My SIL lives in the city and has offered for me to stay with her if I wanted to go up there to see someone. I was looking into Cornell but how do you know if they speicalize in what my issue is? I have two frozen embies just waiting. Or what about SIRM?

Just call the specific clinic/dept within the hospital and they will explain what their docs specialize in and if they're willing to take a long-distant patient.
