IUI Question

Does anyone have any positive feedback on an IUI with a sperm count of about 1-2 million?  I have one tomorrow, but am very leary due to the fact that the count is so low.  Any feedback would be appreciated.

Well, sperm counts do change. I have done 10 cycles with IUIs (one was back to back so 11 IUIs total). Our low was 11 million and our high was 90 million. Most have been in the 30 to 60 million range. These are the "washed" counts; unwashed numbers would be higher.

Having said that, no, I am not pregnant and have never been pregnant. So IUIs have not exactly worked for us, although the results of IUI cycle #10 are pending.

I have heard that it is possible to have success with 1 to 2 million. Our problem is endometriosis...my DH would probably be able to get someone else pregnant easily...just not me.
