IUI Question

I am having an IUI done tomorrow, but I wanted to see if anyone has had a positive result with a low sperm count.  My DH's count is low and the doctor said that IUI's may not be the best route, but he suggested that we try this month.  Any feedback would be appreciated.

TTC since 10/2007 4/2008 put on Clomid to assist with ovulation 3/2009 DH diagnosed with MFI (low count and motility) 4/2009 IUI # 1

    Might want to try posting that on the Success After InFertility Board...they are the success stories.  Many of us on here have never even been pregnant.  Good luck!

    we didn't have any luck with our 2 IUIs but we have low motility as well as low count.  our RE said that IVF will be the best chance for us but that since we have such limited coverage that it would be worth the risk to try a couple of IUIs b/c of their low cost compared to IVF.
