Is it normal, at 12 weeks, to be feeling some pressure/discomfort low down in my abdomen. I feel a little achy when I'm sitting, and sometimes I feel it when I'm standing/walking. It usually feels better after I pee so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. Luckily it doesn't feel like it did before I had the bleeding or needed the surgery, but it's still a bit uncomfortable. Could that be my uterus growing/stretching? Thanks!

Re: Pressure/discomfort in lower abdomen
I have this on occassion. I called my OB about it probably 2 weeks ago because I was really uncomfortable. The nurse said it was normal and to remember that I have 2 in there (and you, 3). None of my girlfriends said they had experienced anything similar with singletons, so maybe it's the pressure of the extra baby(ies).
I also realized that I was extremely gassy and constipated (sorry) and I had never experienced either to that degree so it was adding to the pressure.
