what should I serve with this?

I'm having a friend over for lunch and making PW's chicken salad, which I'll probably serve as sandwiches or else on a bed of lettuce. What else should I serve with it? Anything? Or should I just do the chicken salad and some dessert?

I think a good pasta salad sounds good, especially if you're going to serve it on lettuce.    If you do sandwiches, I would do a nice side salad.  Or you could do soup....

Fruit salad is always good with chicken salad as well....

I would do the chicken salad on a bed of lettuce. ?IMO sandwiches can be messy and hard to eat when you are having good conversation (too much chewing!). ?I would just serve some fresh fruit on the side and also maybe have a nice cheese cut up on the table with some baguette or something.?

I agree with serving it on lettuce and serving it with fruit. I was thinking of making this later this week.
