how much pineapple do i need to eat?

I cut up an entire pineapple so I can pick at it over the next few days...do i have to eat the entire thing..haaaa..does this really work? Im guessing no but its yummy anyway!!!

I hope I do not have to resort to this.  My tongue and lips and the insides of my mouth get all raw when I eat lots of pineapple. But it is good!

ugh...thats a lot of pineapple!! haa. My mouth gets all cut up too..but i crave citrus fruit and lemon water then pay the price after. one pineapple 5 to go i guess.. HAAAAAAAAAA

I have eaten so many bowls of fruit the last few days. We had some left over from the shower - pineapple, strawberries, blueberries and kiwi YUMMMMMY!

I was wondering...does it have to be fresh, or can it be the canned?

It has to be fresh.  The canning process removes the active chemical that makes it work for inducing.
