Does Motrin make them sleepy?

Poor Ian is still awake after more than an hour in bed.  I just went up because he started crying a little, and his hand was way in his mouth.  Darn molars!  So I dosed him with Motrin.  Does anyone know if it has the same sleepy effect as Tylenol did when he was younger?

Neither Tylenol nor Motrin has anything in them that would cause sleepiness- other than just pain relief and finally being able to relax & pass out. ?Hope it kicks in soon so he can sleep!! ?

Exactly.  My DH always said that I was trying to medicate my DS to sleep when he was teething... he didnt' get that he just had relief and could relax!
