pediatrician questions

i scheduled a few meet and greets with some pediatricians and was wondering what kind of questions i should ask.

 so far:

1) what are your hours? is there  a number to contact after hours with questions?

2) how many doctors do you have practicing here?

3) how long have you been practicing?

4) can i get a tour of the facilities? 

5) at what age will we need to transfer the child to a general doctor?

any others i should add to this???

if you can, maybe try and meet with a couple docs in the practice... I ADORE our pedi... but when the kids were sick a couple weeks ago we saw someone else and I HATED him... he was dismissive and had a terrible bedside... told me we would have to get the chub of AUDREY"S legs by the time she is a toddler....    almost makes me consider switching...  we will NOT see him again....  (others we have seen have been ok...)

We also asked about alternative vaccine schedules and breastfeeding support since those issues are important to me. Also, if you don't already know, I would ask which hospitals they have privleges at.
