Paper Lanterns - sizing question....

We have a teeny nursery - about 10 X 10 so I want to do a few lanterns in the corner but not have them overtake the room or anything.  I was thinking about ordering 1 18", 1 14", and 3 10".  My question though - are the 10" too teeny, even in a small room?  Does anyone have any thoughts or pics they can share based on what they have used?  I would hate to order these sizes site unseen and then have them look goofy if they're too small....

i don't have any pics, but 10" isn't tiny. we have a slightly bigger room, and i have a couple 12" lanterns, and plan on ordering a few 6" lanterns to use with them. personally, i think i'd go with the 14" and 10" lanterns for the size room you mentioned.

lanterns sound like a good idea...where are you ordering them from?

I bought one 14", two 10", and two 6". I wouldn't consider the 10" ones to be very small.
