schedule??

I need to start getting the boys on a schedule. How old were your babies when you started and how do I go about doing it. Right now they are feeding (breast) on demand and sleeping whenever. I need some help.

We started them on a 3, 6, 9, 12 schedule in the hospital. So far (and I know they are only 11 days old) it's working really well and both are sticking to it.
