Sooo, I'm dilated 2-3cm and 60% effaced.

Holy crap.  I had an appointment today and when she checked me, that's what she discovered!  Last Monday I was only about a fingertip and maybe 30% effaced.  All of these contractions I've been having are actually starting to get things going.  She also said that the baby's head has come down quite a bit.  I'm freaking out...I know it could still be awhile, but I just have a feeling it isn't going to be that much longer.  I'm not ready to be a mom of 2!!!!  I'm really scared.

Awesome!  It probably won't be long now!  I was about that at 32 wks. but despite allllll the contractions I've been having I haven't progressed since.  It's crazy!  My C Section is on Thursday though so it really doesn't matter.  I hope you've got your bags packed and ready to go just in case!  ;-)  GL!

Wow!! Sounds like it won't be long now. Ditto on getting your bag packed if you haven't already.

I was going to pack mine this past weekend but got too busy. This just reminds me that I need to do it probably sooner than I think. Keep us posted!?

DUDE!!  You're totally going to deliver before me.   Everyone keeps telling me having 2 is easier than being pg and chasing a toddler, so I'm just praying they're right, for both our sakes.  Good luck and keep us posted!

I was 3.5 cm at 35. 2 weeks.......I had DD at 36 weeks even ?I'd make sure I have the bag packed

Whaaaaat???!!!  Really?!  I go on Wed and wonder if she'll check me.  I hope to heck I'm not dilated or effaced at all.  I am.not.ready!  Your story gives me a dose of reality though since we share a due date...yikes!  GL to you and keep us posted if any more progress occurs!
