What can I take? I lost my list from the doctor and I need some relief. tia!

I'm dealing with the same thing. ?I think I'm going to try my Neti Pot tonight.

My dr said benedryl, zyrtec and claritin are all safe (zyrtec is better - has twice the amount of medicine as claritin). For "cold / flu" congestion, aflac nasal spray or anything tylenol - severe cold has an added ingrediant to thin out mucas. Oh and just in case you need it, chloroseptic spray for sore throats.

my list has benadryl, claritin, and sudafed on it

Benadryl is the best. My doc said it was safe to take every day if I needed it. Other options are Sudafed, Chrlotrimeton (as long as you in the 2nd trimester), and Robitussin.

 Since you lost your list the other meds on the list from my doc are:

Tylenol, TUMS, Maalox, Kaopectate, Surfak, Fiberon, Citrucel, and Metamucil

I was told plain sudafed, plain mucinex, plain robitussin, plain claritin, tylenol, or tylenol cold

I was having terrible allergy issues and the nedi pot and a humidifier (cheapie $12 from CVS) made it 100 times better.

I have been feeling the same way too! I bought the Neti Pot and it was instant relief! I have been using it since.
