Diaper genie 2 elite???

Does anyone have this? Do you like it? Is it worth the money? Just trying to figure out how many new things I'll need for baby #2. The diaper pail I used for ds is discontinued and therefore the refills are hard to find. thanks

From what I've read, get the Diaper Champ instead so you can use regular trash bags instead of having to buy the pricey Diaper Genie refill inserts.

I don't know why people are so in love with Diaper Genies. They smell like asss rot. It doesn't make the poopy diapers smell any less. IMO, just take the poop out to the trash, outside. Who wants poop in their room/house all day?

We have the Diaper Champ and it works great. You can't smell anything (until you need to open it to take out the trash. Then, ewww). You can just use regular trash bags and don't need anything special.
