I'm having the hardest time eating enough to keep up with these two - and today was exceptionally bad so now I have a killer headache and I feel like m/s is coming back. ?
I have access to a fridge and microwave, but we don't frequently have leftovers here...so what else do you recommend?

Its tough, but it helps to get into a routine. I start by making a grocery list every Sunday morning and thinking about what food I need to get me through each day. I do eat a lot of leftovers for lunch- I purposely make extra for dinner the night before so I have it for lunch. I also make tuna sandwiches, bring canned Turkey Chili, beef stew etc. Sometimes we make meat balls or stew just so I have high protein lunches for the week.
Another big part of the day is that I pack a lot of healthy snacks. Every day I bring- 2 pieces of fruit, string cheese, yogurt, edamame, protein shake and a few cookies (can't resist). I also keep turkey jerky, oatmeal packets and peanut butter pretzels at my desk.
Hope that helps! I struggled to gain weight and was only up 1 lb at 16w and am now up about 30. Despite all my efforts, my babies are still small so eat up and enjoy it!!
I eat a ton of fruit. I make tuna sandwiches, pb & j. i bring canned soup, easy mac and cheese. I also do granola bars or protein bars. Pretzels, jello and string cheese.
I have gained over 30 lbs so far!
