3rd Trimester

Anyone have questions?

I asked plenty when I was in your shoes...My little angel is a little over a month now.  Anything I can do to help?

Re: Anyone have questions?

  • I really need to ot some more reading about when I bring baby home but one thing that someone said that caught my attention was how baby sleeps... different positions... I just assumed you'd lay baby down on his/her back and that was that... are you supposed to put baby to bed any differently?

  • No.  Pediatricians recommend laying a baby on their back.  After a few weeks of nursing I introduced a pacifier at night because they reduce the risk of sids.  Sleeping on the back also reduces the risk of sids.

The only time my baby ever sleeps on her belly is if we're watching tv and she's on my chest.
