Pampers Swaddlers sizes

My DD is currently in size 2 swaddlers and I'm almost out so need to buy more this week.  A few weeks ago at the dr. she was 14lbs so by now she's probably around 15 or so.  Question is, should i buy more of the size 2 or should I get the size 2-3?  Does anyone know how much larer the size 2-3 actually are than the size 2?

Our daughter is in size 2-3, with room and she is 16 lbs, so definitely get the bigger size because a 2 is definitely getting small at this point and the 2-3 are up to 22 lbs.
