Hello, I am 7 weeks pregnant and I chart my temperatures every morning. Today I notice a significant drop in my BBT. Since ovulation it has ranged from 98.0-98.4, but today it was only 97.7 (which is right on the coverline for me). I woke up at 5:30am to use the restroom and then laid in bed for a half hour not able to fall back asleep (so I took my temperature at 6am, when I usually take it). I know you are supposed to take it before getting up and doing anything - but I guess I wasn't really that worried about it because I was taking it more out of habit, not even worrying that it may predict a miscarriage. Has anyone else experienced a drop in temperature like this and did not miscarriage? I am hoping it is just because I got up and then laid awake for a half hour before taking it. I am trying not to worry about it because I know that stress is not good, but I can't help but be nervous. So far I have no cramping or bleeding, but I have noticed that I haven't been as nauseous that last few days...

You're STILL charting at 7 weeks?
Stop. Now. You will drive yourself crazy.
And, no, it does not mean you will miscarry.
