colgate crib mattress??

Cant decide between the Classica Supreme or the 2 in 1! Mostly because they actually both sound the same and I cant figure out the difference other than cost.  Does expensive mean better when it comes to mattresses or not???  Anyone have either of these mattresses?

I purchased the Colgate Classica I.  I had been reading the Baby Bargains book and it was their top pick.  As soon as I picked up the mattress at the store and felt the firmness I knew it was the right one.  I believe the 2 in 1 is just as good.  From the book it says that the other side is supposed to be softer for toddlers, but who is to say that your child will want a softer bed.  They might just want to keep the firmer side.  Plus I would imagine firmer is better for the back,  Hope this helps.

 By the by, have you picked out a car seat yet?  I am trying to decide between getting an infant seat that comes with stroller or a convertible seat that I can use later on.
