I think the only risk you run with that is by their very nature medicines in that line are meant to dry up your membranes-not excluding milk ducts, etc.

I would say if you HAD to take it, to go crazy with fluids ( which you ought to do if you are sick anyway.)

If you can go without it, I would. Kellymom or LLL might have more on this.

these are actually suggested for mom's trying to wean-they will dry you up.
