how do I PIP?

Is it the same as putting a pic in siggy? Thanks, I should know this by now!

    Everytime I PIP, I just right click and copy the photo from my flickr account. Then I "paste" it into the post.

    Here's how I do it. (Got this from LuvBug)

    1. Go to tinypic.com
    2. Upload a pic from your computer ( There is an option of what size you want your pic and I usually do the 320 one)
    3. Click upload
    4. Copy and the code under the
     "IMG code for forums and message boards"
    5. Paste in your post
