How bad is it to miss doses of Prozac?

Because I forgot to call my doctor today to get a refill. Crapola. Am I going to be a big mess when I meet A-Baybride and SBDC tomorrow??

Prozac is one of the few that actually stays in your system for about 2 weeks even after you stop taking it.  So you should be fine.

That said, I can clearly tell a difference when I don't take mine.  And I usually get a headache if I don't take it.

But one day --- you'll survive.  I promise!

Like Jodi said, it has a long half-life. Missing one day is not going to be a big deal.  More than that and you may start to feel some increased anxiety or other symptoms.  I get headaches when I don't take my zoloft.
