How much would you pay this sitter?

We have a neighborhood girl, aged 14 watch our kids everyone once in awhile.  It's never for more than 2 hours ... usually an hour at a time and I pay her well since she is only there for a short time. 

My son is starting swimming lessons.  The session is once a week for 4 weeks.  She is going to watch my daugther while we are at the lesson ... for about an hour.  Since this is more steady how much should we pay her ... $10 each time?  It will be a total of 4 times.  I might, however, sign him up for another session after this one ends.

That sounds fair. Some people don't even make $10 an hour at their FT jobs!
