Green Pee

So when i went to the bathroom this morning my pee was GREEN! It was the strangest thing. I told my co-worker about it and she just laughed at me and told me she had no idea why it was like that.

I googled and it said green pee could be an indicator of a UTI, but I feel ok. WWYD? Call dr? Let it go? I haven't been to the bathroom again since then so I have nothing to compare it to.

LOL! I feel like a leprechan!

    Wasn't this just an episode of House??

    I've never seen green pee before.  If it persists, it's probably a good idea to call the doc and give a sample so they can check for UTI.  Have you started any new meds lately?

    holy crap! LOL Call your doc! Have you been taking a diuretic?  I was on one a few years ago that made my pee green.

    Sounds like a UTI to me. You should probably call your doctor.

    it can be and indicator of UTI.. but it can also mean you baby has had a BM in your UTE.... call your Dr immediatly...  BUT... i have a personal question did you have a BM AND pee or wsa it just pee... either way call your doctor to be safe

    Yeah! I would def. call my doctor...!

    the only thing that has ever made me do that are water weight pills that were blue, and I doubt you are taking those right now.

    Green pee is not normal...I would call the doctor ASAP.

    LOL, I've never watched House but I feel like my life is a sitcom sometimes.

    I haven't started any new meds, just my prenatal and folbic, both of which I've been on since 6 weeks. I've been drinking a TON of water (and feel like I'm about to burst, 10 more minutes til my lunch break) and we'll see how it goes!

    I had hamburger helper last night for dinner, so I can't imagine that would cause it to turn. So weird.

    Oh, and no poo for me yet today... I'll pee and then if it's not normal I'll definitely call.

    Sounds like classic UTI to me.  The one time I had a UTI, my pee was greenish and it smelled funny.  I had no other symptoms- no pain or anything- but I went to my doc and, sure enough, it was a UTI.

    I don't want to downplay the UTI - you should def see your doc immediately - but doesn't eating asparagus make your pee green? Have you eaten any of that lately? Also, certain medications can change the colour of your pee. A friend of mine takes an orange pill, and it makes her pee green (not sure what the pill is for though).
