Glad to see you back on here!  I followed your posts before and have been watching for more updates.  Glad to hear and see that Cody is doing well.  How about you?  What ever happened with you and your H?  I think about you and Cody a lot

Yes, i haven't been on in a while (sorry) I'm been going crazy with the learning of the dialysis at home and getting adjusted with the baby and sleep. Then the stress of the EX. We are still living under the same roof but in separate rooms. We are being civil to one another and I'm still going to marriage therapy (even though he wont go) it seems to help me understand that I didn't nothing wrong and picked a man who has issues with commitment. We went to Mediation court last week for visitation rights and he's going to get the baby every other weekend and be able to visit the baby at my place Tues. and Thurs for 2 hours. each This all takes place in about 6 months when we both get our own place. (which I'll feel more comfortable because Cody will be almost 1 years old) I'm happy that he is willing to take care of and spend time with his son. I know it will be mostly his mom taking care of the baby since he may be moving back in with her to get some help. (he's such a mommies boy) I'm going to rent a house with my sister and my 3 year old niece. So in all I think everything will work out.

 

We have the BIG court date on March 30th. This will determine how much alimony and child support he will have to pay. Also IF i get my New Tahoe he took away from me back and to see if the judge will make him sell the 100k boat we bought last year together. He's going to kick and scream on this court date. So it will be interesting on the out come of it all. I'll keep you posted. Thank you for all your concern and support
