I guess I can add checking another board to my list!
We've been TTC since September. At first it consumed my thoughts, something I thought about daily. But after the first couple months of nothing I got worn out from all the hoping. I recently read in WTEWYE that the average healthy 25 year old takes 6 months to conceive. So I'm not freting as much as I was. Trying to keep my mind busy with other things.
Jody you post pictures on here the same way as you do on the nest. Load your pictures to a host site. Copy the direct link for the picture. Come here and clicky on the square with the tree. Post the picture link in there and you're set!
To get your picture in the siggy I'm not sure yet. I'm assuming it's the same way as on the nest as well. I haven't played around with it though.
TTC can be so frustrating at times Danielle! It sounds like you're taking a healthy approach though. I was so eager to get pregnant but I thought for sure it would take me years. I read TCOYF though and started charting. It didn't take me long to see when I ovulated. I swear charting helped me get pregnant much quicker then going on "luck". It's something to keep in mind when you get to the anxious point.

I've actually been charting this whole time, and I read most of TCOYF. Knowing when I'm fertile actually has helped with my anxiety.
My bigger concern is how long I was on BC. I took it for over 5 years. No one in my family has taken it, so I have no one to relate to or compare the effects.
Danielle, don't fret. I raised BC concerns with my doctor, and how I've been on the pill for 12 years (!!!). She said there is no reason to worry about that. She said she was on BC that long too and got pregnant within two months, and many others don't have complications as well. Just trying to give you more positive feedback on the issue.
I was concerned about the BC issue too. I was on it for 17 years (holy cow) for endo control. I managed to get pregnant within 3 months and I was shocked. I thought for sure it was going to take so much longer.

Umm yeah I totally know what you mean. After trying for a while, I got super emotional (like everytime I heard some announce a bfp I would cry.) That happened from Oct - Dec 2008.
Since Jan, I have been pretty levelheaded...lol. And now I am just hopeful and thinking positive...since we're right around the corner from IF treatments Good luck!!

Yay!! Thanks Shana!! I can't post pics while I'm at work (stupid work blocks snapfish's website), but I'll post some this weekend from home.
Re: GR Mommas, TTCers and friends

It's rough, Danielle. It took us awhile too, so I know what you mean.
Hang in there...and getting yourself occupied with other things is a great idea!!
