I'm so dissapointed

i just got a call from my RE's office just now. my follow up appointment to get my labs and the "plan" had to be rescheduled. he had to schedule an emergency surgery for tomorrow which is his normal office today, today he is normally in surgeries or other planned procedures.

the next available appt is not until April 2!! WTF!!! Are you f''ing kidding me.  i will already  be on my next cycle by then. shiiiiiiiitttttttttt

i'm so dissapointed. i started crying on the phone with them.  its a late afternoon appt, she then tells me well we can get you in the week after that in the morning. umm i dont think so lady. i'll take what i can get. i guess.

the only thing is, he is the only "good" RE in this area. the other 2 are pretty much just a factory for IF couples from what i hear.  my IRL IF friend went to this other RE for an IVF consult and was handed a price list when she walked into the exam room was told to look it over and decide before the doctor came in.

It's so hard, especially since he's the only good game in town. Do they have a cancellation list? I hope you can get in earlier.

Sorry you have to wait. I know it already feels like you've waited long enough and are ready to move to the next step. Like a previous post said maybe they'll have a cancellation and you'll be able to get in sooner.
