What would you do with a few hundred buck "just for you"?

Our income tax refund was mostly designated, but there is a few hundred that isn't.  Since James got new wheels with a portion of it, he suggested that I use that extra few hundred on something just for me.  I cannot think of anything.  Sadly, I don't really have any hobbies to spend $ on like James spends $ on his car.  He suggested buying a few clothing articles for Spring, but my motivation is lacking since it's still freezing cold and since I am not comfortable with my weight right now, so buying new clothes seems depressing to me.  I thought about getting a dyson vacuum, but James says that's not for me, so if I want one of those, I shouldn't use THIS money for that. 

If you had a few hundred bucks, what would you do with it?  Maybe your ideas can help me before I just give up and spend it on groceries or something like that.

A spa day!  Massage, facial, mani/pedi, cut & color - the works!  Sounds like bliss. 

How fun!  You could always buy yourself some nice shoes and a handbag.  No matter what size you are, shoes and a handbag will always fit.

wow, thats great! You could go somewhere nice and get your hair done, I would probably buy baby clothes lol, some kind of spa treatment if you are into that, maybe new shoes instead of clothes? New make-up?  Is there a class that you might want to take? Concert tickets?

I would probably go get a facial and then save the money for when I found clothes I really did like.  You don't have to spend it now do you?  Put it away for something you really want to do.  What about a weekend girls trip away with a good friend?

I'm kinda like you.  I do not know what to spend money on "just for me" Sure, I like to shop and buy things, but the "just for me' part is HARD!  I do not want to buy clothes now.  It'd be silly and I won't be down to at least pre-PG until this time next year. (realistically) I don't have a hobby either. 

I actually have about $200 is GJ GC's I've been saving for 2 years or so and another $100 cash for an In Spa GC (X-mas gift from my grandparents.  With the massive snow right before, they couldn't get there to actually get the GC, so gave me cash for it instead)  And another $40 In-Spa GC.  All these have been sitting in my jewelry box for some time!  (2 years in the case of the GJ ones)  ohh, I just went and looked and I have another 100 bill from my birthday from Sept in there too!  jeez.

I keept telling myself to make an appt and just don't.  I WILL make an appt for a facial at least for THIS weekend!

Even though it's not "just for you" what about booking a surprise night at Great Wolf Lodge for the family?  It may not be "just for you" but the joy and the fun you guys will have and watching Tillman throughly enjoying himself would be your gift to yourself.  ???

Spa days are always nice. 

You know, you can still shop for Spring without buying clothes.  How about a new purse in a fun springtime color you might not normally buy.  I know I always opt for black or brown purses because I feel like I should buy neutral, but how about a pink, green, white or purple one?  You could also buy some cute spring sandals - purses and shoes don't care what weight you are!
