Your dr. recommend no coffee?

    Yup - she said that it would be best to avoid any caffein while preg/breastfeeding if possible. She did say that if I couldn't live without a cup of coffee, than I can have one - but that wasn't the case, so I just didn't have any.

    At the same time, my sister-in-law drank her 1-2 cups all throughout preg/breasfeeding and her baby is just fine :)
